<b>Clarence Marsalis</b> passed on December 13, 2004 after a long illness. Born in the French Quarter in the middle of Mardi Gras, Clarence developed a love of Cajun cooking and became one of the most accomplished chefs in the French Quarter. Upon retiring to New York, Clarence spent his free time enjoying the diverse musical styling found in his beloved "Second Home". He leaves to mourn him, brothers in New Orleans and a host of friends and neighbors. Funeral arrangements were private.
