The death has occurred of Dr Yvonne Rafferty of Dublin, Manhattan and Sag Harbor.

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved sister, aunt, and friend. Surrounded by her loving siblings, Yvonne passed away peacefully in her home in Sag Harbor on the 29th July 2025,

Predeceased by her beloved parents, Gerard and Kay Rafferty (nee Boyle), and brother Ken, and survived by her loving siblings Gerri, Ray, Eileen and Celia, sister-in-law Ita, and their partners, Noel, Terry, and Bonnie. She was a very special and treasured aunt to Jason, Erin, Tara, Aran, Oisin, Siobhan, Cian, Dearbhla, Rachel, Jasper, Julian, and Dylan; and grand aunt to Eoin, Shea, Emilia, Andrew, and Ruadhan. She held a special place in the hearts of all including extended family members too numerous to mention.

While Yvonne is now soaring high and exploring new horizons, her memory will live on with all of us and will continue to bring us joy as she did throughout her life.
