Born in Czech Republic, the daughter of the late Heinrich and
Kate (nee Politzer) Edith was a seamstress by trade. She
came to America in 1952, became a United States citizen and continued her career as a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union as a samplemaker. Her cousin Dr. William Zirker survives her.
Funeral Services were Private.
