MARIA DELGADO passed away on Sunday, February 13th, 2011. Only a few months before of her 101st birthday, Maria lived a long active life. Maria was born in Boyaca, Colombia and later lived in New York near her son, George Mergeche, until her passing. Maria is survived by her beloved son, George, daughter-in-law, Aida, and two grandchildren, Jorge and Joanna.
A Prayer service will be held at 7:30pm on February 15 in the chapel at the funeral home. in lieu of flowers donations can be made in Maria's name to: Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center P.O. Box 27106 New York, NY 10087-7106
