So sorry to have come across this.
Seems like yesterday we were in medical school together, when brilliant and quirky Mark was such a pleasure to be around. My best to Susan who sat in our corner of the learning lab.

Mark and I were Fellows together at MSKCC. He was a great physician, friend and man. So sorry to hear of his passing, although years later. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Rest in peace, My Friend.

Mark was the most supportive and encouraging person I ever had the opportunity to work with. He was not only a Boss but a friend. He had a great sense of humor, a big smile and always ready to share a Dilbert joke. My heart goes out to his family as they go through their grief. Mark, you will be sorely missed!
